i booked this room in haste and when i read the reviews i thought i had made a mistake but i was wrong the staff was fantastic my room was cleaned every day fresh bedding fresh towels water everyday i could not fault this hotel at all i think a lot of these reviews are very petty they should remember what they paid for there rooms . the location is right in the center of town but i never lost any sleep it was nice and quite . the view from my room was exceptional i had a view of the mountains i cannot thank them enough for making my stay exceptional thankyou

This little hotel is really worth staying at, it's in a great location for Chiang Mai, the staff were delightful, it's clean and comfortable and has everything you need and at a really affordable price.

The staff were excellent perfect position close to shops 7-Eleven directly across the road and lots of nice places to eat

this place is a great place to stay right in the heart of the party area central to everything which is always a bonus tuk tuk are always close by if you want to get anywhere

no breakfast at hotel but close by was very good loved the area it was in near gate and sunday market lots to see loved it
